Featured in this lot is this 1.58ct Columbian emerald VS2 diamond platinum ring with GGA and GIA paperwork. The ring features a polished, stamped,a nd tested platinum construction that is marked as follows: PT900. The ring is decorated with a center stone of octagonal step, faceted cut emerald with measurements of 7.93 x 7.04 x 4.82mm that shows type 3 clarity with green 5/5 coloration with a weight of 1.58ct. The sun burst pattern with a total of 40 baguette and 16 round brilliant cut diamonds with dimensions of 4.3 x 1.4mm and shows a clarity of VS1 - VS2 and a coloration of G - H and shows a total weight of 1.15ct. The piece comes complete with GGA(GemAssure Gemological Appraisals, GGA Appraisal Number#: GGA071533 and trace number: RN037181) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $19,640.00. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Emerald Grading Report#: 2231247875. The ring size is US 5 1/2. The collective weight of this ring is 7.9g.
