Featured in this lot is this Japanese Samurai sword bronze and silver inlay Tsuba circa 17th to 18th century. The Tsuba features a wonderfully and professionally crafted bronze and silver inlay construction that shows an intricate decoration of one of the Immortals in silver inlay with a Daemon behind him with a flag and cherry blossoms around the Tsuba. The other side shows a mountain scene with silver inlay cherry blossoms throughout the guard. The condition of this Japanese Tsuba is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this Tsuba is 2 7/8" x 2 5/8" x 1/4". The collective weight of this Tsuba is 4oz.
