For your consideration is this 1800 's Goose Neck Dovetail Copper Kettle. This kettle shows a colonial style copper crafted pot that swivels with an arching handle. The goose neck is a style of spout that ends in an open mouth and set along the vertical dovetail joint on the body. The kettle has a circular dovetail joint on the bottom of the kettle. On the bottom of the kettle are three braces for setting this kettle on a trivet for warming. There are a number of dents to the body of this kettle however this shows the age of the piece. This copper kettle is marked however the mark is unidentifiable. The measurements of this kettle is 7 1/2" tall to the lid and 12" long from the back of the kettle to the opening of the spout, it is 13" tall with the handle up.
