For your consideration is this 1857 first edition copy of Dr. Livingstone's 17 years Explorations & Adventures in the Wilds of Africa edited by John Hartley Coombs, F.R.S. and published by J.T. LLoyd & Co and Bronson & Forbes. This is a 1857 illustrated first edition with folding map at the title page and shows brown stamped cover with gilt lettering on front cover. The condition of book is good with very little wear and shows slight age marks but in good overall display condition. The measurements of this book are 8" x 5".
