For your consideration is this 1869 copy of “Wild Northern Scenes” or “Sporting Adventures with the Rifle and the Rod” by S. H. Hammond. This is a wonderful book with green cloth covering and gilt decoration to the spine of the book. It includes stories and narratives from the author of "Hills, Lakes and Forest Streams," "Summer Rambles," etc. The condition of this book is good, with some wear to the inside binding of the spine and wear to the outside spine and corners of the book consistent with the age. There is browning to the pages, but it is protected behind a plastic protector and in good overall condition. The measurements of this book are 7 1/2" x 5 1/2".
