For your consideration is this 1887 copy of “General John Sullivan's Indian Expedition in 1779” by Frederick Cook. This book shows “Records of Centennial Celebrations” by Frederick Cook. The book is a hardcover copy, published in 1887 by Knapp, Peck & Thomson Printers located in Auburn, New York. The piece tells of John Sullivan's military campaign against the Iroquois Indians, who had sided with the British since the French and Indian war. The book shows an illustration of Sullivan across from the title page and two fold out maps. The piece shows red brown covers with gilt gold lettering across the front and spine, reading "General John Sullivan's Indian Expedition 1779."
