Featured in this lot is an early edition of "The Great Salt Lake Trail" by Henry Inman and William F. Cody, published in 1898. As explained in the preface, this work seeks to "present the story of the Trail in the days long before the building of a railroad was believed to be possible." The book features many pictorial illustrations, including various landscape and figural sketches. It is in good condition and measures 9" x 6 1/2".
