This is a book with descriptions of the geysers, Mammoth Hot Springs, boiling caldrons, lakes, cataracts, canyons, and other curiosities of the remarkable region. It contains sketches of the Crow Indians, the great Yellowstone valley, thrilling adventures, incidents, and anecdotes of life in the mountains. It is accompanied by a fold out map and twelve illustrations. The overall condition of this book is good, with some wear consistent with its age to the corners of the cover and the spine of the book.
