Offered in this lot is a brass mortar and pestle set. This mortar and pestle set appears to be sand cast. The mortar is in classical Dutch style. The mortar measures 2 3/4" across the bottom, 4 1/2" across the top, and 2 7/8" tall. The pestle is 6 3/4" long and has a wonderful, rounded head. This piece would serve well for daily work as a unique decorative conversation piece.
