This book includes an account of his early history; his daring and remarkable career as the first settler of Kentucky; his thrilling adventures with the Indians; and his wonderful skill, coolness, and sagacity under all the hazardous and trying circumstances of western border life. The condition of this book is good for its age and shows some wear to the edges of the book cover and light tanning to the pages. The piece shows good condition overall with some light wear across the cover and pages. The book measures 7 1/2" tall by 5 1/4" wide and 1 1/2" thick.
