For your consideration is this 1929-1937 Jack Connelly Montana rifle scabbard. This rifle scabbard shows age consistent with the time frame of the identifying maker's mark. Jack Connelly moved from Billings, Montana to Livingston, Montana to expand the family business he was engaged in with his brother. Shortly after this, Jack joined the military and moved back to Billings following that. The rifle scabbard shows a unique design with an iron covered tip on the scabbard and a hook on it. The scabbard is marked at the top and shows saddle straps. The condition of this rifle scabbard is good for its age, with patina adorning the leather consistent with its age and usage. The measurements of this rifle scabbard are 35 1/2" x 7 1/4".
