Included in this lot we have a Shervian hand knotted wool runner rug originating from the 1930's. The rug features a fine detailed design, bright colors, and a tight weave. The Sherivan Persian rugs are hand woven in Iran and the surrounding area. The piece displays a wonderful tight geometric floral pattern, with the border showing floral designs and a medallion design at the center. The piece shows a tight weave with colors of red, dark blue, cream, green, pink, dark red, and brown. The piece shows good condition overall, with little wear and use. The rug measures 42 1/2" wide by 84" long.
