Offered in this lot is a Grub Head hoe and handle. This tool is a heavy weight, single sided hoe. This style head is called a "Grub head". This type of hoe is good for groundbreaking and basic tilling work in gardening, landscaping, and excavation projects. The hoe features a long blade hung on a thick, heavy duty, curved handle. The heavy hoe head is stamped with an “H” in a shield and UP 1942. The head is in used condition and measures 9" x 3 1/8". The handle is 34" long and in good condition.
