For your consideration in this lot is a Roseville high-gloss blue Wincraft vase. Roseville Pottery company produced the Wincraft line in 1948. The line was named after the then-company president, Robert Windisch. This line's consistent trait among the pieces is the high-gloss sheen, unlike the other Roseville lines. The design elements, like the flowers, are borrowed from their other lines, including their colors. This Wincraft line vase is an azure blue, with a pleasing high gloss. The cream flowers appear to be dogwood. The flower design is repeated on both sides of the vase. This vase displays very well from all angles. The vase is marked ‘273-8’ on the bottom. This vase is in good condition, showing no obvious chips or cracks. The vase measures 8 1/2" x 4" x 3".
