For your consideration is this 1980 signed H. Thompson print set in a gilt frame. The print shows a band of Native American men on horseback herding buffalo, possibly for a buffalo jump. They are in a desert area with large, red rock formations all around them in the background. The men are halfway off their horses trying to grab hold of the buffalo by any means. The men are shirtless and wear hide pants, while their hair is braided and show feathers sticking out. The print is signed in the bottom right hand corner reading, "H. Thompson '80". The print and gilt frame show good condition with some wear and chips to the frame from its years of use. The visible artwork measures 15 7/16" L x 19 3/8" W, while the entire piece measures 22 1/4" L x 26 1/4" W.
