For your consideration is this 1995 first edition of "Tomahawks Pipe Axes" by John Baldwin. This book is a historically significant perspective combined with pictures from the top collections in the country ensuring authentic documented artifacts from the American Frontier. The book shows a brown hardcover and gold gilt letter and images on the front. The front reads, "Tomahawks Pipe Axes of the American Frontier / John Baldwin". The top shows an image of an ax head, while the bottom shows two different style axes crossed in an X shape. The spine shows the same gold gilt lettering and reads, "Tomahawks Pipe Axes / John Baldwin". The pages are filled with black and white illustrations and black & white and colored photos throughout. The book shows good condition overall with slight wear from its age and use over the years but no obvious signs of damage are present. The book measures 11 1/4" L x 8 11/16" W x 9/16" H.
