Featured in this lot is this bareback rider rodeo spurs, circa 19th to 20th century. The spurs show a solid, well-crafted design with a single piece frame that shows locked spur strap lugs and heel strap lugs on the heel band. The spurs show their maker’s mark on top of the spur shank and sturdy spur straps with a slight patina adorning the studs. The condition of these spurs is good, with no obvious signs of damage and oxidation and patina consistent with the age of the spurs. The measurements of this pair of spurs are 9" from spur strap to rowel 4 3/8" x 1 1/4".
