Featured in this lot is this "Soiled Dove" prostitute personal items circa 1880's from El Paso Texas and from the Ex- John McNellis and Bobby McNellis collection; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. There is a prostitute calling card and a sterling silver perfume funnel in this collection. The perfume funnel shows a delicate size and design and is marked on the inside of the funnel (unreadable). The calling card is a portrait photograph of a "Lady of the Night" from research done supporting a book called "The Gentlemens Club" in which some of the families interviewed opted to remain no named. Each item comes comes with personal correspondence from John McNellis to Steve and Marge Elliot (so from collector to Museum). The condition of this calling card and sterling silver perfume funnel is well preserved with some browning to the paper frame of the photograph due to age and just shows a well preserved overall condition. The items are from the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum, Robert "Bobby" McNellis and John McNellis collections. The measurements of this calling card is 4" x 2 1/2" and the funnel measures 1 3/8" x 1" x 3/4". LO-123 & LO-110
