Included in this lot we have an original signed silver gelatin outdoor photograph of eight Native American Pueblo Indian children by John Riggs originating from the late 1800's. Seven of the children, ages appear to range from approximately five to mid-teens, are facing the photographer while one is sitting on the ground wrapped in a blanket to hide their face. The seven wrapped tightly in blankets indicates the photograph was taken during late Autumn or Winter. The silver gelatin is in good condition, with no marring or foxing noted; fading to the right side of the photograph appears to be natural fading from the initial development process. Measurement is 13.25"L x 11"W
