19th Century Large Vasoline Glass Hanging Light

For your consideration is this 19th century Vaseline glass hanging light. This large electric hanging lamp displays an impressive piece of thick Vasoline glass, showing very detailed images of women doing different poses in flowing dresses around the entirety of the glass. Vasoline glass owes it rich coloring to Uranium content. The images are bordered with geometric designs, while the bottom rim houses three metal hooks to connect the glass with the hanging components. The glass shows a cloudy light green color and no makers mark is present on the glass. The glass comes with the original hanging components, with the only parts having been replaced are three screw hooks. The hanging light shows good condition overall with some wear to the glass and the hanging components, and the wires have been severed, but no signs of obvious damage is present. The glass shade measures a bottom diameter of 11 1/2" and a height of 12". The glass shade weighs 11 pounds. The hanging component measures 22 3/4" L x 9 5/8" W and weighs 4lb 2oz.*
