Featured in this lot is this French Sarrequemines Majolica ceramic wall clock circa late 19th century. The wall clock features a wonderfully and professionally crafted ceramic construction that shows glazed decoration with a floral design. The face of the clock is numbered in Arabic numerals, and shows a brass dial. The backside of the wall clock is marked 'Sarreguemines' and 'Majolica' on the bottom backside of the wall clock. The backside of the inner workings of the clock are marked Rooseeocm & Co. - Rotterdam - 2066. The condition of this wall clock is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this clock are 24 1/2" x 16" x 6 1/4".
