Featured in this lot is this 1oz fine silver Liberty Dollar and 1904 Indian Head Dime pin. There is one silver dollar and a dime converted into a pin in this collection. The dollar is a 1oz Fine Silver Liberty Dollar like new with one spot of rainbowing but like new in the package. The dime had been professionally converted into a pin and is patented on the back: Aug 11, 1903 and shows some rainbowing or exposure to the base metal. The condition of this pair of coins is fair with the silver dollar showing like new condition and the Indian Head dime showing some wear and patina due to age. The measurements of these items is 1 5/8" diameter and 3/4" diameter. The collective weight of this collection is 16.9g.
Provenance: From a prominent ex-Bozeman private collection who purchased the majority of his collection from Cowan's, Skinner, Bonhams, Morphy's, Sotheby's, March in Montana, North American Auction and other well revered auction houses.
