Featured in this lot is this first edition circa 1927 called Lindbergh The Lone Eagle by George Buchanan Fife. The book is a story of the life and achievements of Charles Lindbergh with a valuable chapter on the navigation of "The Spirit of St. Louis" and includes a copy of the contents of the book presented to Captain Lindbergh by Secretary of State Kellogg, of world-wide congratulations received by the United States Government. The condition of this book is preserved with some wear to the corners of the cover and to the spine along with browning to the pages of the book. The measurements of this book is 7 5/8" x 5 1/4". The collective weight of this book is 12oz.
