Darwin Tsoodle Kiowa (Dau-Law-Taine) is a Native American artist who was born in Anadarko, Oklahoma and is known for his depictions of Native American Braves on horseback. This painting features a Native warrior mounted on a black and white Appaloosa with bow in hand and adorned with a buffalo headdress; the horse and warrior are standing atop of an outcrop at sunrise with a desert hill in the distance. The painting features the artist’s signature in the bottom right hand corner with the date underneath it. The condition of this painting is good and like new, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this painting are 24" x 18".
