The scraper features a wonderfully and professionally crafted wooden, rawhide, and flint construction that shows a traditional celt as the scraping end fastened to a wooden haft with stitched rawhide. The scraper comes with a museum tag that reads as follows: Cherokee Indian Made - 5000 yo Cumberland Valley celt flint museum rawhide handle. The condition of this of this adze scraper is well preserved for its age with some patina adorning the rawhide wrap but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this adze scraper is 13 1/8" x 4 3/4" x 1 3/4". The collective weight of this adze scraper is 8oz.
