Featured in this lot is this 8.74ct GIA tanzanite VS2 diamond and platinum ring with GIA and AIGL paperwork. The ring features a polished, stamped platinum construction that is marked as follows: Oscar Friedman - PT950. The center stone of this ring is a GIA certified oval brilliant cut crown modified brilliant cut pavilion tanzanite with measurements of 12.90 x 11.13 x 9.10mm and shows a bluish violet coloration with a total weight of 8.74ct. The rim and shoulders of the ring are profusely decorated with 128 round brilliant cut diamonds with measurements of 0.9 - 1.8mm and shows a clarity of VS2 and SI1 with a coloration of F - G with a total diamond weight of 1.50cts. The piece comes complete with AIGL Inc.(American International Gemological Laboratories, Inc. a GIA certified lab AIGL#: K11E583-EA20010) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $37,533.00. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Tanzanite Grading Report#: 2235255394. The collective weight of this ring is 12.9g
