Taxco is a town in the state of Guerrero, southwest of Mexico City, famed for its silver jewelry production and Spanish colonial architecture. The bracelet features 5 large (1" L x 7/8" W) and 10 small pieces (1/4" L x 2/8" W) of blue gem turquoise carefully enclosed in sterling silver. The bracelet has a black base color with roped sterling silver designs enclosing the larger pieces of turquoise and bordering the bracelet. There are also small beads of silver and small swirl designs at each end of the bracelet. On the inside, it is marked with an eagle stamp, 925 and reads, "Hecho En Taxco, Mexico" which translates to "Made In Taxco, Mexico".
