Featured in this lot is this Alba Cluster Agee spear point aged from 1,000 - 700 B.P. and from the Mississippian period. This is a thin, large corner notched point with a flattened cross section and a recurvate blade. This particular blade shows deep notches and a base with a 'U' shape. The point is knapped from a chert material and shows a lovely mild grey coloration. The condition of this point is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this Agee point are 9" x 2 1/2" x 1/4".
