Featured in this lot is this Alfred Drocourt 19th century repeating carriage clock in its case. Pierre and Alfred Drocourt were retailers for Klaftenberger between 1863 and 1881. The clock features beveled glass panels and is shown in a polished brass gorge case and strikes on hours and half hours. The serial number for this clock is No. 31031 and is marked inside the back door of the clock and shows the Drocourt hallmark of 'DC' and is marked 'Paris Make.' The condition of this carriage clock is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition; the carrying case show some wear to the outside leather and shows wear to the leather guard of the case button. The measurements of this clock in the case is 5 7/8" x 4 1/8" x 4 1/8" and the clock itself measures 6 1/4" x 3 3/8" x 3 1/8".
