Featured in this lot is an Original Signed Armand American Horse Alpaca Silver and Gold Copper Alloy Gorget Necklace. Armand American Horse (1982- ) is a noted Lakota Sioux Indian silversmith artist. The large gorget highlights this beautiful necklace, finished in gold copper alloy. The center depicts four gold copper alloy arrows meeting in the middle with four gold copper alloy teardrops / tulips meeting in the right angles of the arrows. A small Sleeping Beauty turquoise cabochon is mounted centered over the right angles. A leather thong strap strung with coral and metal beads is attached at the top of the gorget. Three 1.5" moon shaped dangles are evenly set below the gorget, with the center dangle surrounded by a larger 2" dangle. The Armand American Horse hallmark is on the center rear of the gorget. The condition of this necklace is very fine with no obvious signs of damage. The measurement of this necklace from top of the thong strap to the bottom of the dangles is 21.5"L. The gorget is 6"W, the dangles are 6.5"W from left edge to right edge.
