Featured in this lot is this amazing 9.1 carat diamond and 14k white gold tennis bracelet. The bracelet shows one electronically tested 14k white gold ladies’ cast tennis bracelet with the 'Orianne' trademark and a 14k gold stamp. The term Tennis Bracelet was coined thanks to Chris Evert, a professional tennis player from the USA, who had a prolific career from 1972 to 1989. Previously, these bracelets were known as eternity bracelets. When the clasp snapped during play, she asked the officials to stop the tennis match until the bracelet could be found. The bracelet shows a total of 38 prong set, round cut brilliant diamonds with a total weight of 9.10 carats, I-1 to I-2 clarity, and a color gradient of F - I. The piece comes complete with AIG (American International Gemologists, a GIA certified lab AIG Appraisal Number#: 000720080018) report and appraisal, confirming the above info and giving a total value of $29,880.00. The measurements of this bracelet from clasp to clasp are 7 3/4".
