The lot features an amazing Common Buzzard Buteo Full Body Bird Taxidermy Mount from Eurasia, Siberia, Europe, Mongolia and other parts of the world, this is a legal mount. The taxidermy features a wonderfully and professionally crafted construction that shows a Europe, Siberia, Mongolia, and Africa common buzzard or Buteo taxidermy that shows life-like features with the legs and claws intact and is mounted on a faux rock made and shaped from paper mache. The bird has a collectors tag that reads as follows: JTV303 - Buteo Buteo common buzzard. The condition of this taxidermy is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this buzzard are 16 1/4" x 12 3/4" x 8". The collective weight of this taxidermy is 3lb. Many examples selling at auction in excess of $2500, highly collectible due to their resemblemce to the Hawk and Eagle. NOT a protected bird, legal to sell.
