Featured in this lot we have a deck of American Indian photograph souvenir playing cards with original card case originating from 1903. The photos depict scenes from the Pueblo, Oraibe, Moki, and other tribes. The cards show black and white photos with the numbers and suits in two corners with the photos labeled across the bottom. Each card shows a black, red, and yellow American Indian blanket image across the back of the card with gold gilding along the edges. The deck comes with its original cardboard carry case. The case shows red colored exterior and is marked in gilt gold lettering reading "The American Indian Souvenir Playing Cards Copyrighted in 1903 by P. Lazarus & Co. Los Angeles, Cal".
