Included in this lot is an antique 4 quart Dazey No. 4 hand crank glass butter churn originating from the early 1900's. The butter churn displays galvanized iron gear construction with a glass bottom. The hand crank operates by threading the crank to the top of the respective jar and simply cranking the hardwood handle to spin the wooden paddles inside. The crank is labeled across the top, reading "Dazey Churn No 4 4QT". The piece shows good condition overall, with some wear across the hand crank and lid. The butter churn measures 13" tall by 9 1/2" at the widest.
