Offered for bidding in this lot is a collection of eleven books relating to automobile operation and maintenance, and tool books. The collection includes a 1926 Ford Manual, a hardbound 1925 revised fifth edition of Hallocks "Starting & Lighting Systems of Automobiles", a hardbound 1925 7th revision copy of "The Model T Ford Car" reference, a 23rd edition hardbound copy of "The Operation, Care, and Repair of Farm Machinery", an antique C.S. Osborne & Co. tool catalog, an early Kraeuter Automobile & Mechanic's Tools catalog, a 1915 copy of "Directions for the Operation, Care and Adjustment of Overland Model 75", a "Maxwell Instruction Book", a 1964 copy of "Volkswagen Technical Manual", a 1964 hard bound fourth edition of "Fix Your Volkswagen", and lastly, a 1966 hardbound copy of "Volkswagen - Nine Lives Later", including its original dust cover. Overall, the collection shows good condition. The older paper back books show some wear in the spines. The largest book is "Nine Lives Later", and measures 10 1/8" x 7 1/4" x 1 1/8".
