For your bidding consideration is this collection of cast iron banks and bookends with one metal bank. The three cast iron banks include a lion, a bronze colored horse, and a safe. The lion and horse are unmarked; the safe is marked "Saving Bank" on top and "Kenton Brand" on the bottom. Kenton Safes were made from 1894-1952 by the Kenton Hardware Co. in Kenton, Ohio. The fourth cast iron piece is this pair of bookends featuring an eagle perched on a branch and framed in an archway. The bookends are unmarked. Rounding out this collection is a metal bank in shape of the three pigs: a mother pig, a father pig, and a baby pig. The pigs are all standing on their hind feet on a circular base; inscribed on the base is "Three Little Pigs". The largest item in the collection (both bookends together) measures 5" x 5".
