Featured in this lot is pair of Antique Griswold cast iron no. 3 mailboxes. The mailbox with no bottom hooks is circa 1940's and does include what appear to be two old address labels. The mailbox with bottom hooks is circa 1950's. They each have two top lids and are marked on the inside "105 // GRISWOLD ERIE PA 106A". They have holes on the top and bottom for mounting, one lid that can be locked for security, and a smaller lid on top for mail delivery. The mailboxes measure 13" long by 5.5" wide and are in good condition.
