Featured in this lot is an antique collection of Griswold (3) and other (1) cast iron lids. The first lid is marked "self basting roaster" and is marked with a size no. "7" on the back (no brand listed). One lid is a Griswold no. 9 and marked "GRISWOLD NO. 9 TITE-TOP DUTCH OVEN" on the front. The back is marked "PATENTED FEB. 10 1920 - [GRISWOLD LOGO] - ERIE PA. U.S.A. - 2552". The third lid is a Griswold no. 10 and marked "10 - PATENTED FEB 10 1920 - [GRISWOLD LOGO] - ERIE PA. U.S.A. - 2553". The fourth lid is marked "GRISWOLD NO. 10 TITE-TOP DUTCH OVEN" on the front. The back is marked "PATENTED FEB 10 1920 - [GRISWOLD LOGO] - ERIE PA U.S.A. - 2553". Diameter measurements: 10" (self basting roaster), 11" (no. 9), 12" (no. 10s). The lids are in very good condition for age.
