Featured in this lot is this Alpaca silver and turquoise “Church Pin" brooch from Lakota artist Armand American Horse (1982 - ). The brooch shows a dancing wand design with five large feathers and four smaller feathers, with trade beads adorning the smaller feathers in colors of black, medium green, greasy yellow, and medium red. There is an oval cut turquoise cabochon set in the center of the brooch. The Armand American Horse hallmark can be seen on the back side of the brooch. The condition of this brooch is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this brooch are 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/2".
