Featured in this lot is this art deco, antique style diamond and ruby, platinum ring with AIG paperwork. The ring shows an electronically tested platinum ladies’ cast ring with a brilliant under galley decorated by lattice work and an 'Orianne' trademark and 'PT950' stamp. The ring shows a center stone of princess cut diamond with a weight of 1.30 carats, clarity of I-1, and a color gradient of I. The center stone is decorated in a square halo setting of 16 channel set square princess mixed cut natural rubies with a collective weight of 0.68 carats, slightly included clarity, and medium dark slightly brownish and strong purplish red color. The final decoration includes an outer square halo decoration and pave shoulders decorated with 38 prong set round cut brilliant cut diamonds with a weight of 0.42 carats, clarity of SI-1 to I-1, and a color gradient of H - J. The piece comes complete with AIG (American International Gemologists, a GIA certified lab AIG Appraisal Number#: 000719164037) report and appraisal, confirming the above info and giving a total value of $14,445.00. The measurements of this ring are 1 1/8" x 7/8" x 1/2". The ring size is US 6 1/2.
