This is an exceptional and large bronze and cut-glass chandelier with amazing Art Deco design dating to the 1920’s. The piece would have hung in a grand theater and was recovered in Montana. The piece has been rewired and refurbished / cleaned showing very good overall condition. The light fixture shows a cylindrical design with cast bronze / brass crown molding like top and bottom frame with immense art deco high-relief designs holding various curved cut glass floating panels with a three-tier bronze candle stick chandelier down the center. Each of the three-tier chandelier hanging in the center of the glass cylinder holds four lights for a total of twelve lights. The top of the piece shows flourish curved bronze / brass arms with four side beveled edge construction coming together to hold the rigidity of the structure. The chandelier shows art deco designs across the top and bottom with eight glass panels along the sides. The piece displays twelve electric candles attached to brass arms with floral designs. The piece shows wonderful condition with bright polished brass. The piece measures 22" in diameter by 52 1/2" tall. The central hanging light shows a slight separation which can easily be fixed. The piece appears to be of an early 1920’s age and has been refurbished with some new parts, please examine the pictures for your own opinion of origin and age.
