For your consideration is this rare Beacon Native American Indian theme blanket from the 1950's. The blanket is reversible, having the same decorations but reversed and in the inverse colors. One side of the blanket shows mostly dark blue with bands of light blue, yellow, and orange, The other side of the blanket shows same color bands, including dark blue, spaced somewhat more evenly. Decorations in the bands include geometric Native inspired shapes, teepees, and two different Native American Indians: one appearing to be sending smoke signals and the other sitting on the ground appearing to be holding a pot or basket with a pot or basket beside him/ her. The blanket is in good condition; it measures 63" x 65". As an interesting aside, a blanket similar to this is featured in the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off in the scene where Ferris is sick in bed.
