For your consideration is this beautifully beaded Yakima (Yakama) beaded flat bag from the 1900-1930s. The bag shows a floral design in glass trade seed beads in colors of red, light pink, blue, light green, dark green, brown and clear. It shows an image of three flowers set on a green base against a clear / transparent background. The bottom of the bag features strands of rawhide with copper beads, light blue and dark blue trade seeds and small shells connected. The top features a circular opening and two rawhide strap handles. It is in good condition overall with slight wear present from its age and use over the years, with no major signs of damage noted. The bag measures 8 5/8" L (strands excluded), 18 1/2" L (strands included) x 8 5/8" W. It weighs 8 ounces.
