Featured in this lot we have a wonderfully crafted pintail duck decoy from Big Sky Carvers. This duck decoy was constructed in Bozeman, Montana and predates the move to Manhattan, Montana. The duck is marked "Big Sky Carvers Bozeman Montana" across the bottom of the piece. This decoy shows beautiful hand painted color with excellent detail. Wood carved duck decoys have since been discontinued at Big Sky Carvers and are considered wonderful collector pieces. This duck shows very good condition with little to no signs of wear. It measures 20 1/2" long by 5 1/2" wide.
