This is an original Big Sky Carvers wooden carousel horse by expert carver, Stuart Bond. The piece is beautifully carved to show the horse in a jumping pose. The horse shows fine detail and has been hand painted as well. Stuart Bond began carving in his teenage years having been first instructed by a Norwegian master carver. Bond has worked closely with Big Sky Carvers to create spectacular pieces such as this one. The wooden carousel horse is in very good condition. It has been signed on the left side near the seat “Stuart & Meleen Bond 1998”. It measures 8” x 40” and is 45.5” tall.
