This is an excellent German Black Forest style brass stag roe deer hanging candle stick chandelier. The chandelier features a wonderfully and professionally crafted brass and composite construction. The chandelier has three male roe deer 3x3 deer-heads or stag heads that are ensconced in a heavy brass base with armed accents along with candlesticks and mounted candlelight bulbs. This is in the old Hunt style which was popular amongst the wealthy castles in old European countries and typically crafted of carved Black Forest wood. The condition of this deer-head chandelier is fair with a repair to one of the antlers and some slight chipping to the paint, but otherwise it shows fair overall condition.
