This is an excellent Blackfeet (Blackfoot) Native American Indian beaded possibles teepee bag from the late 1900's. The bag is made from tanned hide, likely elk or buffalo and features a spectacular beaded geometric beaded design throughout. The beadwork is done in traditional glass seed trade beads in colors such as Chalk White, Corn Yellow, Medium Blue, Semi-Transparent Red and Blue. The Blackfeet beaded bag is excellent condition. It measures 9.5" x 13.5". This piece came from the collection of Ken Walks in Winter of the Rising Wolf Traders on the Blackfeet Reservation.
