For your bidding pleasure in this lot is a collection of bones, vertebrates, teeth, shells, and stone tools. According to the private collector, these artifacts came from a rock shelter that was excavated in Cochecton, New York. This area was home to the ancient Indigenous people, Lenni Lenape. The Lenape had a matrilineal clan system. This is a nice collection of remains from the daily life of ancient people.
