Whenever there is a serious discussion of the Custer Battle, the name Kuhlman is certainly going to come up. is a scholarly investigation into the controversial question of whether or not General George Armstrong Custer disobeyed orders during the infamous battle of Little Big Horn. The bulletin was the result of scientific study to develop a management program to maintain the perpetuation of the species and a viable population for sportsmen to harvest.
