Featured in this lot is this pair of bronze, art-deco picture frame bookends circa early 1900s. These picture frame bookends show an eagle standing on a mound as he raises his wings up towards the sky. The wings of the eagles wrap around towards the top, fading into the border of the picture frame, while the tops are adorned with a floral motif. The only markings present are on the backsides and read, "543". They show good condition overall with wear present from their age and use over the years, but no major signs of damage are noted. They measure 2 1/2" L x 6 3/4" W x 11 1/2" H and have a collective weight of 4 pounds and 12 ounces.
